Issues with Rating Feature - Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?

I have done this and emailed last week about it and it's still the same

Leannexxx did someone get back to you and tell you to do anything else? Nobody else seems to be having the issue so just checking what they told you then I will ask the tech guru thank you

Yeah I said what was happening and that I've done all updates dunno why it's happening it was fine I might delete it and see if that works

I've just reinstall it and it's now working thanks emma
