Link Flagged as Scam??

Hi All,
I tried to share a code for the link: https://tresacharms.com/products/personalised-hogwarts-acceptance-pack but when I did, it got flagged up as a scam. I know that some people have had issues with delivery, but I've also seen a lot of people in a group on Facebook showing off their products, so I'm a bit confused. I hope it's not a scam because I had a code for free product with just £3.95 delivery and used it!!

It has one of the worst reviews on Trustpilot. Looks at least like something to be wary of.
Over 60 one star reviews saying that it is a scam and about 10 suspiciously good ones.
Urgh. I found it on a group on Facebook. There are a couple of people saying it took 4 months to arrive, and one person has said they had to go through PayPal to get their money back. Glad I went through PayPal. At least I can open a dispute and get my money back if it doesn't arrive.
Hello, thank you for your message. Retailers are marked as potential 'Scams' if multiple members report it. We don't know for sure if a retailer is ever a scam, but for the safety of fellow members we'd rather not risk it. It'd be good to hear your experience from this retailer here in Chat.

I received mine & my son was thrilled with it, it came recorded delivery too. Maybe we were just lucky but for £3.95 we were very impressed. The cushion is a sort of linen so nice & thick, good quality. It came all packaged up brown paper, string & a wax seal.
Oh I hope it arrives! My daughter is Harry Potter mad, and I'm planning on taking her to Harry Potter World (or whatever it's called) for her birthday. I'm hoping to give her this as a present along with it. (Her birthday's not until August, so it doesn't matter if it's a bit late.)

Well it hasn't arrived. 
But fortunately I went through PayPal and got my money back.

not sure what to do as I would like these but not sure how long PayPal will refund me
I sent them four emails and didn't get a response. It took PayPal a month but I got a full refund.
Ironically, it arrived this morning by recorded delivery. Cushion cover, certificate of completing wizardry, and a Hogwarts acceptance letter.
It seems a bit and miss. It looks like a relatively small company that overstretched and didn't have the capacity to deal with the orders they got rather than deliberately setting out to scam people. It seems to have happened to them before though so they need to sort themselves out.
CHoward That wouldn't be so bad if they told people to allow 28 days for delivery. It's not so unusual nowadays for things to take a while if they are unusual.
It is a shame that they don't manage expectations better but people are going to worry when they have so many negative reviews and they don't get replies to emails.

Hi I’ve seen lots slating this company but I’ve ordered twice with them and got my stuff both times. Granted it took a while I’d say almost 2 months but it did all arrive.
