Is Liquid Soap or Bar Soap Better?
Ask a Question
Is one better than the other? Do you prefer one than the other?
I was looking at which one would work out cheaper and it seems bar soap lasts longer but is one more effective ?
I use both liquid in the kitchen and dettol bars if soap in the bathroom the bars last longer I pay a pound for 4 of them
Bars are usually more value for money as they last longer. They are also more environmentally friendly.
Palmolive soap bars in the bathroom as they are cheaper but for ease we have squirty soap in the kitchen.
We use both but I prefer a bar of soap. Bars last long and are better for the environment as less plastic packaging. I do refill my liquid soap dispenser with mixture of liquid soap and cheap washing up liquids or even bubble bath.
I much prefer a bar of soap don’t really know why just what your brought up using I suppose I love wrights coal tar soap the smell reminds my of my granny
I prefer liquid soap, but my husband likes Bars of soap, I think they are slimey and don't like using them after anyone else. So we use both in our house.
The bar of soap lasts longer and is more environmental friendly, as no plastic
I was always firmly in the liquid camp - but the shortages at the first lockdown meant we got anything we could - and I managed to get several free samples of soap bars. Still have one left - much refer the bars now
Honestly it depends on the brand, some soap bars are useless and dry my skin, but i found a few brands that do really good soap bars but they are a bit more expensive.
i prefer liquid soap as easier for guests, less mess, bar soap can get slippery and become a nuisance. you can get refillable soap dispensers for a good look and can be bought in bulk to save money.
