This is rather obvious and i dont think it needed a university study for people to be told this
You could say the same about living and working on a farm,in some cases, and the fact people go out to the countryside for the day etc, it relaxes people and relieves stress

All in on that one .I have an allotment and mum bought a house in Bulgaria in a very rural place .The older I get the more insular I become lol.
Bulgaria is a very beautiful country M, i love the culture in the Balkans, did you know Bulgaria is one of the oldest states on the European continent ?
telmel Bought this house on e bay. No kidding! Pig in a poke lol. Haven't been there yet did all the paperwork this end but hopefully soon. Not a palace and only 50 people in the village. Need a Balkan bear to chop wood and some flash cards to buy bread but hey got the green light now so won't be long. Adventure awaits.

Impetuous but life is short and I was a home carer for 8 years so need to stretch my thoughts and legs a little while I yet can. Timing was good about 5K the all and has some furniture in as well.Watch this space lol. 
It looks a very nice house M, you made a good choice at an excellent price , even the land itself would be worth more i imagine
It's hasn't been tended to in many years so it is now as we gardeners say 'wilding' lol.I shall fast dig a hole or two and plant fings lol.
