What’s the local community like where you live ?
I’m quite lucky and live in a big village where the community is quite strong. Mind you sometimes that can be a curse as well as a blessing !!!!
A good balance where I live, plenty of opportunities if you want to be involved but no pressure if you do not.
I just wish I lived in a village. A cottage in the country has always been my dream.
I don’t really get involved in the local community nowadays. I did more when my children were younger.
MelissaLee1963 oh Lord ! I couldn’t imagine living in London ! I’ve been there twice in my life and hated every moment !! Too many people too much traffic too much of everything for me. I love the quiet countryside.
We live in a medium sized town. Our local community around our houses and around the primary school is pretty strong, but we still keep ourselves to ourselves. My parents still live in the village where I grew up. I worked in the local pub, so between there and church I knew everyone. No one had any secrets for long!
