Lost Stock Boxes - Mystery Box of Clothing at Half Price

In the News

https://metro.co.uk/2020/05/31/can-get-mystery-box-half-price-clothing-help-factory-workers-struggling-coronavirus-12782170/

The idea behind Lost Stock boxes is for people to buy up some of the clothes that were left when retailers cancelled $2 billion (£1.6 billion) worth of orders due to coronavirus.

seems like an interesting way to get some items, although there’s the danger of not liking anything

would you shop this way?

I wouldn’t personally buy 3 tops for 35 pounds not knowing what they are.

I agree, as it’s not a cheap mistake to make, especially if we need to be more careful with money

No I wouldnt! It is rather expensive and if I don't know what I'm getting then I wouldn't do it.

I saw this on Instagram. Someone I follow on there had bought one. I think the idea behind it is to help pay Bangladesh workers a wage, They haven't been payed for their work due to all the cancellations of stock & many face a bleak time because of it. It's a good idea but as many of us face an uncertain financial future right now it is alot to spend, not knowing what you will receive. If I had an idea of what was in my box I think I'd be more inclined to consider buying one.

Yes I think if you knew what you were buying, that would certainly make it more popular

I wouldn't chance it. I am sure the quality is decent enough, but if the items are not my style, it would be a waste
