Are Magazine Comps Being Taken Off As Duplicates Yes Or No As I'm Confused!

I had a magazine comp taken off as a duplicate a couple of weeks ago, kikogpe told me it was an error and put it back on, I posted a 'Leaf Blower' comp last night and bothered to find the right picture for the listing only to find it's been taken off this morning so is this another error or changed rules, it's going to be a bit boring either way to be honest!
Just for the record, I had a Money Magpie one taken off too but it was their fault as for some reason they had posted a duplicate themselves, which I thought was odd but I posted it anyway and that's gone now and that's fine, I just thought I'd mention that in case someone thought I'd had a funny turn

Hi, your comp was a duplication of one already posted - the link takes you to the same competition and you can only enter once and as their's was before yours it was duped. I have just double checked again now and they are the same competition. Bauer runs lots of publications and websites and we now only allow one here are the new rules for competitions
Competitions
Include what the prize is in the title - e.g. "Win a holiday to Spain".
Please upload/select an image of the prize.
If there are multiple entry methods (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) please only share the competition once and link to the alternative entry methods in the description.
If multiple websites/companies are running the same competition please only share it once unless the terms and conditions explicitly state that you can enter multiple times from each website/company.
If you need to fill in a form (e.g. Survey Monkey, Google Form, etc) please also try and include a link to where the original offer was advertised (e.g. a page on the retailer's website or social media post).

emmabeckz I see! It was just kikogpe said the other day that mine had been taken off in error and it would take too long checking the magazine comps to find duplicates that's all, so really, unless we see one of these comps posted already, from another magazine, and we post one the same and it's not picked up by the system, as they sometimes aren't, we risk losing points from them all the time now then? So really, whoever rushes to post comps can actually get them all! x

I'm sorry for the confusion, as mentors are normal users, often information takes a little while to reach everyone uniformly and correctly. At that time all Bauer posts were allowed for me.
We can suggest new guidelines, but the final word is always from the administrators.

Hi JoTarpley You are not the only one confused. emmabeckz and kikogpe Example a competition for 6 bags of coal is running in Take a Break, TV Choice, Closer, That’s Life, Yours, Grazia, Country Walking, Classic Cars, Todays Golfer all under the Bauer banner. Can this be shared NINE times or just ONCE? Likewise with other publications under the same Publication House?
Just once now lilyflower, mine was out a Bauer mag that was taken off yesterday morning because it had already been posted by one of, as I call them, the 'double S's. I guess that will stop them having a competition with each other but I went to post the TV one I saw earlier yesterday but Mrmac had already posted it so I couldn't post it at all so, I don't know how many of these mags there are but, say there are 20, and they all have the same competitions, then you only need someone who really enjoys posting magazine comps who isn't bothered about the points and they can post out one magazine and that will be it for the rest of us!! What a cheerful thought!
