Do You Cook Daily or Meal Prep?

I always cook at home and on a daily basis. What about YOU?

Cook fresh though I'm not good cook lol x

I cook most days but do 'batch cook' and freeze when the fancy takes me, usually things like shepherds pies, chilli con carne, fish pie etc.

I often double up if making a one pot dish, then eat it a couple of days later. My favourite is chilli, always tastes better on the reheat portion.

Don't cook daily but do try and prep as many meals as possible.

We cook daily, but if I'm doing a stew or chilli etc in slow cooker will do a little extra to freeze. We mostly eat fresh chicken & veg daily tho bar a day or two.

Both. I tend to make extra of most meals and then portion up n freeze and use as ready meals for work

I cook for the wife daily.

I ask her the night before what she wants so that I can get the meat out of the freezer.

If she can't make her mind up, I'll leave her to pick up whatever she fancies, and then I'll cook it for her.

I like to bulk cook once a month and then freeze in portions. That way I know if we aren't going to have time or will be too tired to cook, we still can have a home cooked meal ready in minutes.

Cook daily just because I would get bored very easily eating the same thing but sometimes if i make a big pot of chilli or curry it will do us for 2 days

I batch cook at the weekends, then freeze and defrost food overnight in the fridge.
