Do you make your own Mince pies or do you buy them from the supermarket?
If you buy Mince pies where do you buy them from and what brand do you buy?
I've heard that aldi do great mince pies. I'm not a big fan of mince pies but people are always bringing them into work to share around and I'm always up for free food!
I've never met a mince pie I didn't like and reckon the same factories are behind many of the supermarket brands. My favourite are the shortbread pastry type mince pies with a dusting of sugar and most supermarkets do them at varying prices however while many products in supermarkets vary immensely in quality I don't see that sort of variation with mince pies. Mince pies are great but personally I prefer apple pies.
