New Cadburys Chocolate in B&M. Are You Going to Try?

Ask a Question

Just seen this ....

https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/whats-on/shopping/cadbury-bm-iconic-chocolate-bar-20507331

Anyone going to venture to B&M to try one of the new flavours?

I'll probably go for the Neapolitan although it does seem a bit expensive at £2.99

Just when you think you have your sweet tooth under control they bring out something else to try. Must admit it sounds good. My friend has been telling me about strawberry and white chocolate coco pops she has been buying.

The Neapolitan bar does sound nice, I would try it, but I agree the price is a bit expensive so would probably wait and see if there's an offer at some point.

Yes it's expensive but it's an import. I have the other flavours here to try so might as well get that one too.

I'd try it if I find a bar. My nearest B&M is miles away, but I do make a pilgrimage every so often looking for exotic chocolate bars. Although, the items I go for are usually sold out by the time I get there. I saw they were also stocking Kitkat Chunky Gold Krisp - caramelised chocolate with waffle pieces, which I really want to try.

For everyone saying it's expensive or waiting on a price drop, These are Australian imports hence the cost of them.

While I don't like the price I'm going to try them as it's something different.

Chelchel I think you'll find that they are made in the UK

TheChimp B&M Mark them as an Australian import, also if made in UK they would be 1- cheaper and 2- in every shop such as big supermarkets

I looked online and wiki and other websites all confirmed Australian import

I saw the Neapolitan advertised, but I definitely won’t try it at £2.99. The most I’d spend on cadburys is £1

That news article calls Cadbury's a British brand but surely its an American brand now. As soon as they bought it didn't they close down at least one British factory. Also the pricing is ridiculous for that chocolate so personally wouldn't buy it. It's owned by Mondelez. If I buy something I take ownership of it and it doesn't belong to the previous owner. It was British but now sadly isn't.

Saw this in a recent email too:

You'll be able to get your hands on the Yorkie Orange bar and Yorkie Orange DUO bar from 10 May, so not long to wait. It's being sold in a range of supermarkets and convenience stores so keep your eyes peeled!
