Musée des Beaux Arts, Quartier Saint-Jean and Quartier Saint-Georges and some other historical places. I'm told it's best to bike around the city instead.

Man, the auto-cap on LD titles is kinda misleading at times. In France there's a city called Nice but you just want to know of nice places in Lyon. 
A tour guide would certainly be helpful.
