A Normal Christmas?
In the News
How is everyone celebrating their Christmas this year. The past few years have been tough but with the rise of Covid is anyone socialising?
MelissaLee1963 I do love a leg of lamb I brought 1 last week from the butcher what a dinner it turned out to be
minch Yes always nice if you get a chance to cook it lol. My oven thrown a hissy fit!
Christmas day is just me,my OH & our sons anyways. However christmas eve we were going to a get together with grandparents /great grandparents etc but are leaving it until new year now to see everyone. We all have a nasty cold at mo, plus my sons workplace was shut down early this week due to a covid outbreak, so as he's been exposed (negative tests so far) we don't want to pass anything on.
No to socialising for me, but that is normal. We have a full house with the children fighting over the TV and chocolate.
Just the two of us. Our daughter is isolating in London, she was supposed to come home today
My husband, my son and me, makes three. My husband wants to go to the pub Christmas Eve, but I am not keen.
I'll be taking a 5 minute trip to visit my father in law as I do on a daily basis, then it'll back home to the chaos of making Christmas Dinner with the missus, I'll probably have a few shots during the process, wish me luck.
nothing special i really dont like xmas also some family problems thats just ruiend everything
We actually had a bigger Christmas the last two years. Normally it's just the 5 of us but since losing my mum my dads come to us
I was so glad my family could come for Xmas , last year was so flat, and just felt like an ordinary Sunday
