FIXED - Not up to Standard

Had a couple of comps deleted recently and I have not known why. Explanation says not good value or not up to standard, something missing. Well a comps value is relative to your desire to enter and as all info was included I can only conclude that the picture was not adequate.
But does a comp need a picture to make it valid, I would think a 3 night break for 4 in Cornwall rather says it all.
I use a kindle fire and haven't a clue how to include a picture but 99% of the time it is automatically added.
This is not a complaint, or a moan (sounds like it!) and I will not waste the teams time with a contact form or query, they are busy enough. I always post more than three so I don't lose points, and 10 is no big deal even so.
On the upside, I might win if all you folk can't enter lol!
It does seem a little harsh if it was just a picture that got your comp denied. You need to upload a stock pic for a beach/cottage/holiday to your Kindle and use it as a standby. I've never used a Kindle to upload a pic so will have to go away and look. In the meantime, there has to be a helpful techie member here that can help?
If you have a pc then get some stock pics saved and then transfer with a usb cable to you Kindle.

Lynibis Haha! Don't worry - you were too close to the problem to think of looking it up. I'm wondering if that picture was the problem. If the procedure doesn't work (if you are like me you will go away and play around with it a bit. ) just leave a message here and we can have another go.
She can get some stock pictures from Google or Bing. But she's right, the response is vague and left her unsure what she did wrong.

I know you said you wouldn't bother in this instance but do honestly free feel to drop us a message with the contact form if you're ever curious - the site doesn't allow us to give specific reasons for everything at the moment. However if you message us we can look into it and reply with more specific detail via email
I've just looked at your most recent competition and it looks like it may have accidentally been put into moderation for the wrong reason - I believe it's actually a duplicate of a competition already shared. Sorry about the confusion - I've now updated the post with the correct reason.
Thanks Kelsey what a coincidence I just clicked on my new message and saw it had been posted by another several days ago. I think sometimes you have to click enter a couple of times with comps and if one person links the first page and another the second it can cause confusion.
Thanks for taking the time to explain, you're an
This week three comps have been taken down but the one today met all the criteria and I really don't understand why this should be happening after 2 years of posting comps successfully. The explanation of good value for money etc is surely more pertinent to a deal than a comp. The value was a lot higher than many comps prizes. Sorry I haven't used contact form but can't give details as they are deleted lol.
