Best Online Photo Storage?

I'm looking for somewhere to store photos online. I use to use Flickr but don't know if it's worth upgrading to pro as I'm concerned if anything happened to the company I've got thousands I then need to move.
I know you can store them on Google but they seem to reduce the quality of my photos. Does anyone have any suggestions. I like to add notes to them, put them in an order and label them too.
I back up my photos in three different places.
Dropbox, Amazon Photos & Google. Dropbox & Google are free, as is Amazon Photos if you have Prime.
I'm not sure though about note adding and labels though.
I think Dropbox has a few over a certain amount of free storage. I find Google photos reduces image quality.
