We used to have a book of maps around London and surrounding area, that was kept in the family when my father used to be a taxi driver. It was filled with autographs from footballers, models, chefs, tv presenters etc but sadly it got lost when moving properties
beccatavender i remember as a kid every time I was in his taxi I would ask him if I could look at the book to see what new additions there were, such a shame it can’t be passed on now
The other signatures I have were from book readings and I did meet the authors, but the only way in this pandemic is to buy and to take up valuable book shelf space

I know what you mean, a few years ago we went to the Harrogate Crime Festival and I met some of my favourites authors, Ian Rankin, Val McDermott to name but a few. I was so excited about it but you could tell people didn't get how great it was
