Petrol Prices Have Gotten Cheaper
In the News
So I’ve read that in some parts of the uk, petrol prices have tumbled due to lack of demand - some places are selling it less than £1 per litre (none near me, but at £1.02 per litre it’s the cheapest I’ve seen in years)

I hope with all this hoarding mentality going on, it doesn’t mean people are going to start pumping away...
I haven’t had to get any fuel as I haven’t been driving to work or using my car, I live in Birmingham and would be interested to see if the supermarkets are offering the same reductions, I will keep my eye out!
Typical, prices dropped just at the time we don't need it, watch them put the prices back up when things get back to normal .
hspexy oh you might have a point with that. Certainly wouldn't put it past them.
hspexy they’ll definitely put it up to silly prices. When Im In a stable financial position I’ll go fill up my tank on my next shopping trip!
Ours was £1.02 the other day too. It’s amazing how things like this situation have such an impact on things!
My OH is still working part time & he said diesel prices here have plummeted. They'll go back up once everyone's returned to normal no doubt.
