Pick Only One of These Films

Ask a Question

Which one would you pick if you could only watch one of these films every Christmas for the rest of your life?

For me, it would be The Holiday. I love the growth both characters experienced during the film. Jack Black is a lovely bonus too.

Where's " The Hobbit " that has elves and beards. No it isn't exactly Christmassy .. Image

Out of the four, The Elf, but I'm not the biggest fan of any of them. Although, I wouldn't want to commit myself to watching a film every year on a specific date, even for films that I really like.

It’ll always be home alone for me. None of the other films quite hit the spot for me

gerrykelly25 It's a worry when things are right but you can't identify why. Hopefully you will continue steadily improving - just in time for Christmas 🎉 🎅

I wouldn't pick any of those films. I hate Home Alone and Elf! If there was nothing else on TV then I would watch The Holiday or Love Actually but wouldn't specifically pick them.

So difficult! Apart from The Holiday, these are my top Christmas films - I'd probably have to go with Home Alone, but that is such a tough decision haha

The Holiday not being part anyone top favourite films is honestly sacrilegious! A travesty!

lydiafitzsimons It’s a very light and feel-good drama about knowing your self worth. Plus, Kate Winslet’s character’s cottage is to die for.

I saw love actually for the first time recently just to see what the fuss was. The music is good BUT it's mostly about relationship betrayal........horrid film.

Out of the four, I would probably choose Love Actually, then The Holiday being a close second.

My favourite Christmas film has to be the 2019 film, Last Christmas with Emilia Clarke as Kate. ❤️

I quite enjoyed the 2020 film, Happiest Season with Kristen Stewart too.
