You can have a unique experience at Rasmus Munks' restaurant in Denmark where he serves dishes such as Faroese sea urchin blended with foie gras , nettle butterfly, silkworm frass (excrement) to be brewed into tea, or a drink containing bioluminescence extracted from jellyfish , just a few of the unusual things on the menu
But if you go there expecting fish and chips or chicken tikka masala i am afraid you will be bitterly disappointed, and make sure you have enough to cover the price of a meal there, it can cost as much as 4600 DKK (£538) per person , without drinks !!!
