Does anyone have any info as to when the PlayStation portal will back in at any uk retailers?
I'm not sure, I'd imagine only Sony could answer this?
I don't really see the fascination, considering your console has to be on and you have to be connected to the internet anyway. Sadly I feel some people have bought them for people for Christmas, not knowing they need the console as well as, or not knowing what they actually are. I just feel for a streaming device £199.99 is quite pricey, unless I am missing something.
DeBunny £200 for a remote play device is just excessively expensive.
I'd rather just buy the Backbone One controller and play the games (NES, SNES, Genesis, Dreamcast, GCN, PSP, etc) I want on my Android.
You can remote play on android, pc, mac, ipad, iphone, ps4, vita etc. This device requires a PS5 in addition to the device itself. I'm not sure if it has any functionality or games without a PS5. It looks like a Switch competitor on the surface but as soon as you look at the details its nothing but a streaming screen with joypad attached.
I hope parents and grandparents don't think the Portal is a PlayStation handheld, it's not, it's a PS5 controller with a screen sort of like the Wii U.
It's not a Vita 2.0 or anything.
