Points Claimed but Sent Incorrect Amount
Ask a Question
I claimed 15000 & 5000 but only received £15, made up of £10 & £5.
I also wanted to claim a total of £25 (25000) but I cannot redeem until I reach 50000 points.
Can you help?
It is a lttle confusing but the amount you claimed for 15,000 is the difference between 5,000 and 15,000 (10,000).
If you say £1 for each 1,000 points - that is correct. You also got £5 of vouchers for the first 5,000
When you reach 50,000 you will be eligible for another £35 of vouchers (difference between 15k and 50k), There is no milestone for 25,000. You can only claim if you have reached or gone past any of the milestones.
If you click on your points at the top, it tells you what vouchers you can claim at what points. What you received is correct.
As davidstockport has explained, the amount you got is correct. I don't think LD could afford to give out money that often, they would be bankrupt!
£1 = 1000 If that is the case then I claimed both the 5000 & 15000 which = 20000 (£20). *headspin*
Not how it works! davidstockport explained it perfectly above. When you claimed your 5000 points voucher, your points stay at 5000, but are no longer worth the £5 as you have claimed it. Then you earn your 10,000 points to take you up to 15,000. That 10,000 is worth £10. Your 15,000 points would only be worth £15 if your points had gone back down to zero. They don't go back down to zero, so in total you have only earned 15,000 points. The amount of money you got is correct for the amount of points you have earned.
Yes, you explained well. Just a little confusing as I expected the 5000 = £5 and 15000 = £15 and added them together but thanks for your time and explanation, much appreciated. Have a great day
