Presents for Partner?
Ask a Question
Hey everyone!
I literally have no idea what to get my partner for Christmas! Hes 28, I've already got aftershave, and bath stuff,
But no idea! Would love some ideas!
Myself and husband have agreed not to buy each other stuff. Just making the kids happy makes us happy
Is he in to diy? Most men like power tools.
Does he have a car? I did a stocking of car bits for my sons one year, scraper, de-icer etc.
Does he have a hobby? Does he enjoy reading......a kindle?
A cocktail set? Gardening stuff? I will stop there lol.
Edible gifts are always a good idea, for example a hamper of all their favourite sweet treats! Also maybe something personalised like a photo gift
Smellies, clothes, alcohol, chocs and a few fun presents go down well. Does he have any hobbies?
Bri92 What about the gaming peripherals i.e. new headphones, gaming stick/controller or chair?
so this year he wants certain car bits and tools. im also getting him clothes and after shave maybe some new nikes to.
Does he like playing computer games? If so check out Zavvi, gift voucher for Spotify or tickets to see a band he likes. I've started to get my husband experts e.g. a night away see Groupon.
beccatavender we have Spotify, and lots of rebooked tickets to see bands etc. I normally buy us a city break or short beach holiday for him for Christmas! But obviously this year is a bit difficult!
My husband loves receiving I.O.U’s home made cheque books. You can make them as silly or as sexy as you like, don’t forget to put an expiry on them otherwise they can get forgotten.
Ask him. I asked my wife and now she has exactly what she wants. Then buy some smaller presents to keep up the surprise.
Seen as though you've got him something to do with gaming you could look at other options. I love my gadgets. There is always the likes of car/drone rc. I love my cars and i recently got given a gift which was a lego car to build. Was loads of fun and something i really enjoyed doing. Few options for you. Let us know how you got on.
Does he like Westerners? "Once Upon a Time in the West" is simply one of the best of all-time.
As for gaming he probably would enjoy Nintendo Game and Watch (RRP of £49.99). I'd bet he'd play for five minutes and then use it for display like many would do so.
PhilipMarc ill slyly ask him about westerners, I honestly don't know about that, more of a sci fy and documentary kinda guy!
I'll take a look at that, we already have majority consoles other than the new ones out atm! So I'll deffo take a look at that! Thanks so much!
Sci Fi? Try "They Live" then. That in my opinion is John Carpenter's best movie, although "The Thing" was amazing, too. Bri92
