Problems with McDonald's Voucher

If you ever go McDonald's in person or have it delivered to you, you will usually get a receipt and it has unique code for you to use online to fill a survey about your experience 
they then give you a voucher to get a meal for £1.99
I have taken benefit of this many times but today has been the 2nd occasion where McDonald's have said my fresh new voucher code has already been used before 
that's very strange as I tend to use to vouchers (specifically filling out the survey) quickly and I don't share the codes with anyone so how can they be used up.
I do have a theory and I hope I'm not correct 
but I do take a picture of my receipt and use it on snapmyeats which is receipt app try that gives you vouchers in exchange for your food/drink receipts.. could it be someone from there is taking the reward benefit from my receipt.. I'm not sure but anyway I will cover the survey code up from now on before submitting a receipt !
My Local McDonalds don't even give you a receipt when you use the self service points, which is a bit of a scam as most people use them, which in turn means that they are being excluded from betting the survey deal.
pato hmm sometimes the kiosk screens don't even print them which is a shame really. I lookout for vouchers in the metro newspapers
I hope it's McDonald's mistake and there not being taken from your receipts. I use snap my eats but never bother with the Mcdonald's surveys so I don't have a clue if anyone uses the code I upload. I always thought a computer would read the receipts unless there was an issue validating it.
Nadiaparveen yes I do when I remember to. I redeemed my points for the first time the other day.
