Wouldn't order from them. Really poor quality and a waste of money. The deals are too good to be true.

Thank you for responding 😊.

That has always been my thoughts. But because the deals keep getting shared on here, I thought I would ask others opinions 😊

I assumed it was like Groupon where they accepted companies special deals and it was sent by the actual seller. So Wowcher can't be blamed for the products quality, it would be the company supplying the product.

I ordered something ages ago on Wowcher, sadly it was for new customers of the products site, it didn't state this anywhere, even in the terms, so I requested a refund and it was issued promptly.

I would definitely try it again if there was a brand or product I wanted or was interested in.

Thank you for responding 😊. I must admit I have never used groupon either. Maybe I will have to give one a try 😊.

wyal5 We ordered a Colourful Artificial Bonsai Tree that night.

Β£5.49 instead of Β£19.99 for a colourful artificial bonsai tree from Beefy Goods.

My partner wanted a Bonsai tree for so long but probably wouldn't survive here 🀣

So I saw this after you put this post up and thought we'd give it ago.

This isn't the best lighting, I wouldn't have been happy paying Β£20 for it, but decent enough and took less than 4 days to arrive. Gives me more hope about using Wowcher in the future.

What may seem like a decent deal is nullified by the additional cost of the "voucher" . Additionally you do not have a direct relationship with the seller (as Wowcher , Groupon etc are the intermediary ) so try getting your money back !

No I wouldn't touch Wowcher , Groupon or similar sites with a bargepole . Sadly when their "deals" are advertised on sites such as this the additional voucher cost is rarely (if ever) mentioned .

The items are mostly really rubbish to be fair and a pain to get through to customer service if something goes wrong or need a refund. Some of the deals can be really good like days out or holidays. I did once buy some quality set of cooking pots which were really high-quality and a decent price.
