After extensive research scientists have found the reason why we all love the taste of chocolate
When chocolate is in contact with the tongue, it releases a thin fatty film that coats the tongue and other surfaces in the mouth
This gives the brain the good sensation we all feel when eating it
Using this knowledge they are now hoping to produce chocolate with less fat that tastes as good as full fat
They even think they can put this layer of fat on the outside of dark chocolate to make this as appealing as milk chocolate
I love chocolate myself and need to eat it with the least fat and sugar possible to stay healthy and feel guilt free , so if this can be done i would be a very happy bunny as i am sure other chocolate lovers would be also
