over xmas on latest deals over xmas a 50%code was given out 50%0ff sales items ?i had problems getting the code to work and after a few hrs i quit ? few days latter 15%discount was given ? i tried it again and it worked i had free delivery i bought 4 pair of kids pyjamas at £4.99 each my bill was just under £20 ? just gone into my paypal account over another buy from sports direct but under that account the secret sales order had charged me £28.20 for the pyjames also £3.25 postage and £6.66 thats £38.16 for 4 kids of pyjamas can any one give me any advice what to do because once i paid i never checked is it to late to return them ?
Trading standards are the people to go to....have as much information and evidence as you can.....VERY BEST OF LUCK...as far as I'm concerned...they have taken your money ....its like you went into their shop and shop lifted!!!.
thought i would update this because it was late and to be honest i needed to tell someone ?lol i went and checked my parcel 4 pairs of pjs i then went to my account in secret sales ? and looked at the prices etc ? i was charged for 6 pair of PJs and the price of them were pre sale they put a £12pair on my order that i remember i took out of the basket and the rest were presale price £6 each no discount was given they should of been £4.99 each and only 4 pair ? if i would of saw the tax and postage and no discount etc i would not of paid for that order how can secret sales put a different prices in and more items once i have agreed on a price ? looked at my invoice and its only for 4 pair of PJs the £12 pair are not in the invoice and the 4 pair i am being charged pre outlet price ? i requested a full refund with postage because of there mistake i dont want the order because its left a sour taste in my mouth ? but company policy says i should of did this in 14 days ? if i accepted the correct price? they still get my sale and dont feel a thing ? if i get a full refund some one will have to be responsible and it must not happen again it was only chance i found out what happened ? i check every time i buy something to make sure they dont have my bank details for next time why is it more harder for me to get into paypal with passwords etc and these buyers can go back into your account and change whats been agreed
