With all the terrible things, going on in the world. I think we should celebrate these little acts of kindness. This isn't a big news story, but I think it cheered up a lot of people
A ‘group of lads’ are thought to be behind the kind gesture, but have not yet come forward despite huge praise online.
Their message was left on top of a car park opposite Royal Hallamshire hospital, Sheffield, a giant ‘get well soon’ etched out in snow.
