i am very disappointed at latest deals. i log on today and i find out that 9 of my vouchers have been removed. some of these were shared a few weeks ago and they all got removed because of quality guidelines. which is not true. i have also just shared one deal and i tried to share another one and it says You're a sharing machine! We're afraid you've reached the limit. i had only shared one deal and i am a sharing machine. i spent alot of time sharing these deals and vouchers and this is not fair. i was also very happy that i got rewarded when i hit 50000 points but now i feel very upset.

You need to use the contact us form for enquiries like this. You need to give them time to reply as they are a small team and are very busy.
If you feel that they do not go against the quality guidelines then you need to explain why to the team and they will look into it. When did you last share a deal? If it was less than 24 hours ago then that could explain it or there could be a bug in the system. Again you need to use the contact us form and give them time to respond.

Vouchers
- The title should include the discount/offer and what it applies to (e.g. "£5 off orders over £30 at B&Q")
- Vouchers should apply to more than one product (e.g. site-wide or a particular range of products). If a voucher only works with one specific product or service please share it as a deal instead.
- If a voucher code isn't required please share it as a deal instead (e.g. Automatic 20% off everything at Argos)
- If available, please set the expiration date of the voucher.
- Please include any relevant terms and conditions in the description.

i did not know this as i was told about this yesterday evening and this all happened today. also the last time i checked the guidlines they were different meaning they were very recently changed and i did not know about the changes. thank you

We may improve the notifications you receive when something goes into Moderation to give more explanation

The same happened to me a year and a half ago(time goes quickly) i was only allowed to share 4 times a day and it took a few months in order to share what i usually did. it was a little bit frustrating

Sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience!
We did update the guidelines recently to be a bit more detailed and cover more cases but I don't believe they included any fundamental changes to what is or isn't allowed on LD. Part of the rationale behind this was to help in situations like these where the notification message didn't necessarily have enough detail.
If you have queries about specific moderation decisions please do use the contact form to reach out to us. We typically reply to emails within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) but this can be longer after the weekend when we have a backlog of emails or depending on team members holidays etc.
A good rule of thumb is that we ask that if you (or anyone) shares a deal/voucher/freebie/competition on LD that they personally feel it's a genuinely good offer.
