I thought i knew most things about healthy eating but some of the facts i read here i didnt know
I knew about heating up olive oil to a high temperature can make it a carcinogen but reheating the other foods i didnt know were not good and lost nutrients

TerenceMealing that’s interesting, I didn’t realise fish would be less nutritious. On the Fast 800 eating plan, they recommend reheating pasta and toasting frozen bread (instead of toasting or using fresh bread).
I found this H, its to do the glucose levels , so toasted frozen bread is better for you than fresh bread apparently , but fresh toasted bread is lower also
IAUC values for fresh toasted bread and bread that had been frozen, defrosted and toasted were significantly lower than for fresh bread (P=0.001 and P=0.026, respectively).
