So Hows This One Going to Work

In the News

Boris has said paid rent to pubs and restaurants for a year but surely they have other bills to pay like brewery utility

if people have been told to avoid these places it’s not really going to work is it

What do you think of this?

It could work because so many are ignoring the "advice" to avoid pubs. It isn't until the places are forced to shut (as in Spain) that there could be any problem.

Ann1984 It's going to be hard on everybody - I've mentioned this before somewhere - a friend who lives in Spain refers to it as being under "House Arrest".

Ann1984 I don't blame you for taking the children out - I know of a Mum taking her toddler into a nursery well aware that her child has 'the' cough and a temp. You need to protect your family against the irresponsible ones. Sad but true. Stay safe.

Ann1984 I drink so little it wouldn't overworry me if I was told I could never drink again, I've got some in drinks cupboard that is from before 1986, just remembered I've a bottle of Dimple whisky that is even older.☺☺
