I once saw a lady (who was a travel agent by the way) whos carry on bag was way too big and misshaped returning home from Spain. The gate wanted it to put it under the plane but she wasn't having it and handed over many of her belongings to the people in the queue behind her...so funny watching blokes with a hairdryer, makeup bag, towel etc
Lol she sounds like a pro - must travel so frequently, she knows how to get away with being in excess of the allowances
People like this really annoy me as they hold up check in for everyone whilst they struggle to lighten their bags. Then she'll inconvenience people more once on the plane by standing up and taking clothes off and looking for space in the lockers to put them Who doesn't weigh their cases before getting to the airport.
Yes, definitely sounds like she was causing unnecessary inconvenience. She was most likely travelling with a budget carrier, who are far more strict with allowances, as they want to charge people for anything they can
