Anyone know what happens to supermarket and store staff that are named when you complete the store feedback form? I find that in some stores such as M&S they usually prompt you to include their name when they've done something and I wondered what they get as a reward/ recognition.
I can’t speak for supermarkets but I work for Boots and we get nothing, although we are constantly told to get feedback.. sometimes they give staff a voucher that has some advantage card points but it’s never very much and that’s quite rare..
Thanks, I usually feel bad when I write about a staff but then forget to get their name. But most ones that tell you to complete the feedback usually write/ tell you their names.
The company I work for does not give a reward but does forward on the details via email to the store. I get a few more details and I personally reward my team(if it's good feedback) or coach train (if not so good)
