Some of the Strangest Insurance Claims
In the News
I have just read some of the most unusual insurance claims people have registered
One was the theft of Woody the Cuprinol man” from the tv adverts in the 90s
Another fascinating one was the Dundee whisky fire when vast amounts of whisky ran from a warehouse fire causing rivers of whisky aflame to run through the streets
I expect there are a lot more unusual claims than these happening every day we just don't hear about them
Remember a good Jasper Carrott Sketch about auto insurance claims. Think this may have been one
“The other car collided with mine without giving me warning of its intention.
That sounds about right for jasper M, he is still waiting to get his moped back on the road
There's an insurance ad on YouTube claiming if you get hurt they'll try to compensate you or whatever.
Countries specify making ads about drugs, insurance, gambling, vi@gra / sex stuff, or some other stupid crap that should be avoided. They still wonder why people hate ads and/or Live TV.
If people get addicted to gambling they may lose everything they own, but of course they don't care about that.
Edit: It's "Injury Lawyers 4U"
Ugh, hate when companies just use "2" or "4" so lazily.
I specifically hate gambling adverts, they try to make them funny and friendly to get people addicted
