Sun Tan Lotion

Its always said that you need to wear sun tan lotion to protect yourself

I only used it in the early days and later stopped using it after reading it doesnt stop any of the dangerous rays except protects against redness

I prefer to find shade

Parents will plaster their children with it , and this i understand , even if thinking it may not work a parent will not take chances

I know it depends on your skin colour and other factors to whether you will be susceptible to any effects like skin cancer , but what do you think about it ?
