Sunday, Lie in or Get Up
Ask a Question
I am an early riser and can not lie in. I also believe I can get so many things done on a quiet Sunday morning.
Same here. I tend to wake same time every day and on the very rare times I have had a lay in on Sunday, the day seems so much shorter. They say you should go to bed and rise at roughly the same time every day in order to sleep well.
Ironically I go to bed Saturday night thinking 'yeh, I can have a lie in' but I never do! I think it is the thought that I don't HAVE to get up, it makes a lot of difference.
Always lie in.. my partner plays football on a Saturday morning so his only chance for a lie in every week in Sunday... same with his teenage son, so i just go along with it so I don’t wake up them.. I usually just stay in bed from when I wake up, usually on here or facebook, until they wake up..
Lie in if I can - don't get as much sleep as I want in the week so need to make up for it when I can!
I’m happy to lie in my cosy bed. I don’t sleep well so it’s great if I do nod off briefly. I’ve a very understanding husband that I ring him when I’m ready for a coffee. He’s no saint so don’t think of him as a hen pecked other half !
