Why is TK Maxx so disorganised?

I think that if you are looking for something specific and you have the time to browse properly then it is a great shop. My local one is well spaced out and well organised and has loads of items. Our one is really good for baby items and my mum always used to buy her handbags and my clothes when I was a teenager from there.

Hey....it meant to be organised by sizes...but there are so many different brands and most of the times there are not many from the same style. That is how it is.

TK MAXX has a book of merchandising and all the stores follow it.

I love it for kids clothes, toys, kitchen, home and deli type food you can get there. I've never been that successful finding clothes for myself though. I also really like home sense which is part of the same chain.

You have taken the words right out of my mouth! I never go there as, like you, I find it like entering a world of chaos. I have even told friends that it is like a jumble sale. I would much sooner all clothes of each size be hung on their own rail so you can go straight to your size. And a good old tidy up.

I like TK Maxx. I go in mostly for homeware items & candles. Have regularly picked up some bargain make up pieces. Shoes & bags are fairly good also. Never seem to find clothes I like tho.

It’s great for homewares and kids toys. They have some lovely stuff. I agree though, I can’t stand filtering through the clothes etc it’s too messy

I go in there occasionally if I need a gift for someone but don't know what to get them as it's so random! I really have to be in the mood to go in because like you say it's a jumble sale x

Some stores are better set out than others. I personally buy a lot of my coffee beans from there, very well priced

Because everyone likes a rummage and finding interesting "hidden" goodies!

I have been in there a few times and have found the shop to always be messy and difficult to find anything you actually want. The prices don’t seem that reasonable either, it’s like they just put a load of sale and discount signs and labels but the prices are that greatly discounted.
