Dry brush then toothpaste, wet brush then toothpaste, dry brush then toothpaste then water, wet brush and toothpaste and water again?
No it's wet brush put toothpaste on and clean your teeth for 2 minutes twice a day all done simple
I had to think about this, as it's something you do automatically, I use a electric toothbrush, wet brush add toothpaste and brush for 2 mins.
Wet toothbrush,
Add toothpaste, or crack a toothpaste tablet in my mouth, depending on what I using,
Rinse toothbrush when needed and spit out excess foam, back to brushing teeth.
Spit it out, rinse mouth with water (I don't rinse if not using mouthwash afterwards)
Gargle mouth wash, swish it around my mouth and spit. (You don't want to rinse it out)
Floss and interdental brushes can be used.
My dental hygienist taught me: wet the toothbrush, add a pea size amount of toothpaste, brush for 2 minutes and do not rinse your mouth out.
Wet brush, small pea size toothpaste, spit and do not rinse. Also preferably before breakfast.
I thought it was dry toothbrush then brush. Otherwise your diluting the fluoride. Wash toothbrush after you've brushed
