Towels Line or Tumbled Dried
Ask a Question
When the weather is good enough I like to dry my washing outdoors on the line, this includes towels. My son always complains that they feel hard, I do use conditioner, he prefers them fluffier from the tumble dryer. What is your preference?
Got to be line dried for me as I like my towel’s to feel hard as I do not like them soft and I think that they smell fresher when they are dried out doors
I have to dry them in the dryer, i like my towels fluffy and they're always 'crispy' as my son says when they've been line dried.
I prefer to dry my washing outside on the line, including towels, but it's often more convenient to use the tumble dryer.
Prefer to dry outside if weather allows, or even on a drying rack indoors - saves on electricity for one. Can always pop them in the tumble dryer for five minutes after they've dried to soften them up.
Tumble dry they feel softer. I use the natural air save money. But fluffy feeling is good
I do not have a tumble dryer so I dry mine on the line outside. It is recommended you do not add conditioner when washing towels.
I love to have my washing out to dry, has that lovely fresh smell when you bring it back in, yes towels are not so soft when hung out to dry but cheaper than putting them in the drier.
Got to be tumble dried for me. I love a fluffy towel, but my husband likes his towels hard. When he takes over the laundry, he can have them however he wants!
