Are You a Traditionalist and Have Christmas Pudding as Dessert on Christmas Day?
Ask a Question
When I was younger I didn't like Christmas Pudding so also choose the alternative, sherry truffle or cheesecake. But as I got older I don't mind Christmas Pudding, as your taste buds change as you get older. What do you have for pudding on Christmas Day?
For Christmas dinner I barely have room for dessert. I eat way too many means and don’t have any room
I find Christmas pudding too heavy & sickly. I sometimes manage a little bit. I prefer a trifle.
I always serve Christmas pudding as my partner loves it. We also have cheese and fruit and a yule log as alternatives.
Nope - my family did when I was younger but we typically have something chocolatey and something fruity as the two options for dessert
I love it and buy enough to see me through, well into January, but never eat it on the 25th as none of us have room. beccatavender now you've rediscovered it what do you have with it? Cream or Brandy butter?
beccatavender ooooh! I may just try that as I'm not a lover of the Brandy flavour.
I love a bit of Christmas pudding but as I'm the only one in my house who does I tend to attempt to get an alternative
