What Tricks Do You Use to Manage Your Time?

I'm really busy at the moment and am looking for some time management hacks to help me work smarter, not harder. I've been using Pomodoro technique. Anybody know any other things that might help?
Definitely not but I will be watching this because I really need it. I think I could definitely get things done more efficiently If I'd stop forgetting things and have to go back and do them
I always make myself a list and try set times to do them it’s also very satisfying ticking off everything that you have done. A lot of times we don’t realise how much we do in a day. I also try and put my phone away if this can be a big distraction x
I sometimes make a list and agree its satisfying crossing things off but also shows me how many things I didn't get time to complete
Imnotcheap could possibly be trying to do to much with not enough time. I like to do a list I know I will have enough time to complete then another list of things ha that can be spread over the week so if I complete my first list with time to spare I can pick something from the other list x
I don't use any particular techniques, but I'm a big fan of lists. I find making a list helps to keep me organized, helps me to remember all the things I need to do, helps me to plan how to use my time efficiently and as others have mentioned- ticking things off the list after completing them feels quite satisfying.
