Trouble with Affordable Phone plus EE

I had a contract with EE via affordable mobiles which I cancelled and got confirmation over phone then they sent out a phone on my name which was delivered to someone lift and both affordable and dpd apologised for bit delivering the phone to me.
Anyway I asked EE for help they said they have nothing to do with it and I need to talk to affordable directly.
Affordable promised me to cancel my contract and refund all money back to me many time.
Anyway, after months finally I got another email from affordable that they cancelled it and my account is closed now. Today I got letter from EE to inform me my account is arres :/
That account doesn't exist anymore and not even appearing on my EE.
All that's happening when I am trying my best to not have any questionsmarks on credit history as I am planning to buy my flat.
Please suggest what to do? I am sick and tired to call EE and Affordable and hear their fake promises. I have to protect my credit history.
Yahya how do I do that? I already have send then emails multiple times that didn't work very well so far.

The response from the retailer will be saved on above site to stop you trawling through emails
Yahya I will do that, last time, when I contacted them they said we already have closed you account you need to contact now the service provider. When I contact EE they say you get this contract via affordable so contact them :/
Whenever I cancel things like above I use only webchat so I can save the written chat history which confirms the cancellations was done within the prescribed time
Yahya I asked them to provide me the phone conversation they said they do admit I have asked to cancel and their representative forgot to add this info in my account with EE
If its cancelled within 14 days you have to go to retailer (Affordable Mobiles), if cancelled outside this window its the network (EE)
Yahya I bought it on 25th of April and cancelled it on 11 9f May because they were not even sending me the handset, keep delaying it.

WindowShopper Sure, use a laptop when using resolver, its much easier. Don't forget to ask for comp for the distress and inconvenience caused.
