Does anyone use twitter for competitions?
If so what # do you use to help search for competitions?
What do you think is better for competitions Twitter of Facebook?
If you use twitter to enter competitions please leave your twitter name if you happy for others to follow you and tag you into competitions.
Freebiefriday, Free, giveaway, win are the main ones but try searching just the words rather than the hashtags because a lot of companies avoid using the tags these days as they attract competition bots. Also near Christmas try '12 days of xmas'.
I've not won anything on Facebook, but I've won quite a lot of smaller prizes on Twitter. I tend not to search for competitions on Twitter. Instead I follow Twitter accounts I'm interested in and many of them also post competitions or retweet competitions from other accounts. I also find that many companies will have details of Twitter competitions on their website.
There are loads of Twitter comps on here. You can choose from the menu (little stack of pyramid shaped lines top right), and I always set mine to website as I am not on any social media.
Just boosting this post to see if there has been any recent Twitter competition wins?? 
I have been doing them for months and had no luck! I’m also wary that a lot of companies don’t seem to announce the winners, so you wonder how genuine the competition is..
I have stopped entering twitter comps as i don't have much time at the moment. I haven't won any before.
I'm a newbie to Twitter comps am hoping find some freebies as my luck not been so good lately good luck x

@smod123 for twitter and have been doing them for years. I tend to go to the competition websites including the competitions on this great website . I don't have a preference between Twitter and Facebook and always add people if they want me to on both of them .

Gave up on Twitter/Insta/FB comps ages ago. Far too many scams, fake profiles and sob stories.
@Plymtransit - more than happy to be tagged - will do with some of the others here! I have won a few things but comping time has been severely limited recently
