It may be worth having a look at this site - I collected all of the booklets last year and they were very useful. I'm not sure they are sending them at at the moment but I know you can check them online and perhaps download if the recipes help.
Aww that's fab info thanks ever so much love, deffo gonna give this site a try thanks again
Pinterest is full of recipes, I use it all the time. Have a look, you can search for recipes with the ingredients you have.
Supermarket magazines are a good place to look because they use ingredients that are readily available in the shop and usually own brand stuff so it keeps costs down. Something I did back in university was buy those packet sauces. While that can be a lazy way of making a sauce, they all have recipes on the back and the ingredients list was never particularly long. Another way to make cheap meals is use a slow cooker if you have one. If not, they don't cost much to buy so maybe a worthwhile investment. The beauty of those things is being able to drop all sorts of stuff like cheap meat, low cost wonky vegetables, maybe a few herbs or spices and getting a decent hearty meal at the end of it.
I love watching people share their recipes on you tube, foodwishes is one of my faves on there...lots of recipes,x
I do an easy pasta bake, boil pasta, fry bacon, microwave peas, place in dish, cover with 200ml milk and condensed chicken soup, cover with grated cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted and bubbling. Add pepper to taste either during or after cooking.
I tend to use pinterest to find new recipes, have found lots of good ones on there and you can often see when other people have tried a recipe too!
