Just bit fun there so many to chose just like a know who you think totally underated and why
There’s a local band called Natives, they are as good as any of so called pop groups. Look them up on YouTube hopefully you’ll appreciate their style too.
Chrisdcoool I know these lads and they stayed together from schoolboys and recorded their own songs. It’s a shame they fell through the net. Just hope someone discovers them soon.
Split enz and lisa lougheed desever more but some peoples views are to criticizing when they dont no Much about them.
I love Narina Pallot, she's one of those artists that people I know have never heard of but I think her voice is beautiful and her music has a lot of meaning
We used to go and see a local band called The Jar Family...they were brilliant! Unfortunately they split but we had the best nights out when we went to watch them gig.
I like Chris Klafford, think he deserves a lot more recognition in my opinion. Amazing voice!
love him and his songs me and my kids have him on repeat most days 
Zé Amaro - A Portuguese Country singer.
He's good at it, but his country doesn't really care for that style of music. They rather prefer repetitive, unoriginal fun fair music.
I have always thought Barns Courtney is underated. Iv seen him live & it was one of the best gigs Iv ever been too. So much energy & fun.
