Waking at Night
Ask a Question
Do you wake up during the night?
If so how do you get back to sleep? Or do you just think well my eyes are open I might aswell get up?
Good morning PamelaRedhead
Generally, I get up and am often, sorry make that usually, up by 3am. I find lying in bed makes the time pass more slowly so I get up, have some tea and either watch tv or listen to music. I can catch up on sleep later in the day but it must be a problem for those who have to go to work, they must be really tired. I think that many more people have bad sleep than good!
Normally I don’t wake. but last night I kept waking up maybe it was the some disturbing my sleep
Have you considered trying sleep sprays or Just lavender oil on your pillow.
Some are ridiculous expensive others more reasonable I’m sure just cheap lavender oil would do the trick and won’t break the bank.
Try some on your pillow.
Personally I find it effective.

I'm a terrible sleeper, I have periods of sleeping well but they never last long. I wake up several times a night. I'm often up till late in the night unable to sleep.
At the moment I am having terrible nights sleeping, I may have one good night through the week but for the others sometimes I feel I just lay there most of the night awake or have a very restless sleep. Sometimes if not at work the next day I do get up for a couple of hours and have a cuppa, that usually works.
