Been Watching "Come Fly with Me" and It's so Good!

I can't believe that they're trying to make this series inaccessible to those who want to watch it, what ends up happening is that demand will increase and inevitably some will have to pirate it.
I'm guessing this show was labeled "racist", but are they forgetting they imitated practically everyone (Europeans, Africans, Arabs, Japanese, etc)? No one was saved from being mocked.
You know, many are "sensitive" for one thing, but then absolutely hostile for another. Shows like this, "The Office" (mainly the U.S. version), "Arrested Development" (seasons 1-3, not the mediocre Netflix seasons), and "Married With Children" are the type of series that would never be made today because they'd be labeled anything and everything. Heck, even Dave Chapelle's stand-up comedy gig on Netflix was hammered down by the critics, but the audience loved it.
Comedy is exactly like Michael said in this clip:
Come fly with me was a good programme , my favourite character was the Coffee shop lady who always made certain she was short of something and had to close and take the rest of the day off.
Like this they could band a lots of shows, movies. Probably the most offensive is GET HARD...
I would not allow to make fun of obesity, but they always do it and that is discrimination.
I must admit when they did the impression of the Japanese schoolgirls it was so ridiculous I found it very funny. Sort of show I don't always find funny but when I do it is very funny where as many comedy shows are more comfortable to watch but never really make you laugh. Humour should be a little offensive I think. Bernard Manning used to be a very offensive comedian he was criticised for his jokes of Jewish people and the Irish both of which were later found out to be his ancestry, he didn't care a joke was a joke.
Some of the best comedians are black and they pretty much make fun of everyone including themselves. In fact I can't really think of a good comedian who wouldn't also make fun of himself at times, be it related to gender, ethnicity, nationality, region, weight, intelligence, looks etc.
BonzoBanana Bernard Manning was highly offensive, but he did make jokes about everyone.
I did watch one of his DVDs a little while back and found it very uncomfortable.
Time's change, I suppose, but should we be erasing everything?
We all grow in our minds when we get more mature and can reassess what we think, but I don't think that censorship is the answer.
TheChimp There seems to be lots of stuff you don't see now because I guess people would find it offensive that includes a huge amount of tv programs and films and even some music. I'd rather there was a disclaimer at the beginning stating the material was racist. I find a lot of sadistic horror movies offensive but should I have the power to prevent others seeing them? Simulating extreme violence in a movie is far worse in my opinion than a few offensive jokes. You get a disclaimer before a horror movie starts or other movies of a adult sexual nature I feel a disclaimer to state something is racist, sexist, xenophobic etc would be enough. However I admit I'm a white man so perhaps don't truly understand the issue.
"can't really think of a good comedian who wouldn't also make fun of himself"
Amy Schumer, but she's neither a good comedian or a comedian at all. That requires to actually be funny and she just isn't.
"However I admit I'm a white man so perhaps don't truly understand the issue."
Using your skin color as an excuse just, you know, means you're ignorant and clueless although I admit this is kinda harsh to say.
George Carlin is probably better off dead than see what the world has become. Rest in peace, Carlin.
