What's Your Favourite Coffee?
Ask a Question
One of the things I miss most about working from home, was my daily coffee at Starbucks. I haven't had a latte in over a year. Instant just isn't the same.
Are you an espresso, latte or cappuccino person

I do like a mocca but the one good thing about lockdown is without the school run get time for a coffee first thing

I like the cookie dough instant coffee from Beanies Flavour Co the best, personally. To me, it tastes like having biscuits dipped in coffee, without having the added calories of actually eating the biscuits!

I always buy kenco duo when it is on offer and I store it as much as I can as it is pricey. I like the latte and capuccino.

I'm really missing Costa Cappuccino's at the moment.
Although the Costa in my town is open for takeaways I'm not risking it, I'll have to drink twice as much when the world is back to normal.

Bet you've saved some money though, about £12.50 per week, £50 per month lol.

With all the missed Costas, the non holidays and not going out, I've never been richer.

blacklabrador maybe we will all have better habits when we're 'back to normal'.

I live in an area with a ridiculous amount of coffee shops (Although, there will likely be less when this mess is finally over). I've just been using coffee shop apps to order/pay ahead and collect it at the shop door while I'm out for a walk. I usually get a triple shot black Americano or an occasional matcha latte. In the summer I'll also have iced coffee and nitro cold brew.

For me it would have to be an Irish coffee. I appreciate that is not for working hours. During office hours I have a double espresso to give me the jump start I need.

I like a Tassimo Costa cappuccino, but they're expensive and the discs are bad for the environment, so I'll probably give them up soon and go back to Kenco Millicano.

TheChimp i am having the same debate with myself! I nearly gave it away last year but the OH said it would be just as bad for the environment if someone else used it.

I’ve practically stopped using coffee shops over the last year but do try and recreate some at home. I don’t have any fancy kit other than an aero press. If you like coffee and have a sweet tooth google a ‘Dalgona’ coffee. It’s really easy to make with instant coffee granules and is a lovely treat

I very rarely visit coffee shops, only when a friend or family member wants to go, I'm lucky if I go to a coffee shop once a year. I do enjoy a mocha or a latte. My husband drinks coffee everyday, although not from a shop.

For me I do not like coffes but I am okay with hot chocolate and tea as they are great

Quite like the Nescafe Azera (in the tins) but also use Kenco freeze dried... much depends on the sort of 'coffee' being made, full milk frothy latte with a double spoonful of most brands and a hint of caramel tastes great anytime. Didn't really find that the coffee machines (Gusto) did make a 'special' coffee.

I’m happy with whatever is made for me, haha. I’m not fussy but do enjoy a cappuccino.

I just make a daily pot of filter coffee, it's thermos so it percolates at 6.30am and stays piping hot until 11ish
