When You Was Younger Did You Have a Penpal?

Yes I did he was from America called Zach we where great pen pals for 12 years sad to of lost touch but i wish we had kept been peals had so much in common.

I did have a few penpals when I was young, but sadly lost touch with them.

I had a few pen pals too but was fortunate I met both of mine before starting to write. One during a trip to Paris wrote a few times but he wrote back in french and I wasn’t very good at french hence to say that fizzled out. The other was a Canadian he came over with his school rugby team we kept in touch for a year at least but wished I kept in touch as he asked about me two years later as our boys went back!

I dont but my cousin has been writing to get one pal in the US for over 40 years and has even met her when she visited the USA on holiday.

Personally I prefer email as my writing is a bit scruffy plus I like spell checker.

Yes I had a penpal. I don’t even remember her name anymore but I remember she wrote me a letter and I didn’t even reply because I as too young to understand that I had to reply.
