Has Anyone Done Wood Burning?

Im looking at buying a wood burning kit.. simply just to write on chopping boards ect.. does anyone.have any recommendations on what to buy? Im new to it all, i dont want to spend a massive amount. Thankyou for all your help.
You can get pyrography kits cheaply on Amazon and eBay, think the Range had some too
Thankyou, i have had a look but there are so many on offer 
my head starts spinning 
havent a clue which one to get. I dont want cheap.. and dont want expensive.. more middle of the range x
