some useful info from Martin Lewis for people who are working from home - you can claim for rebates with HMRC
True, but I’m sure it’s a case for people to try and see. Even with the ones who can get it, claims are wrongfully rejected by hmrc. But don’t expect rebates to arrive quickly
hspexy HRMC takes 2 to 3 months to decide on these things....hope it will be all over and we can get back to work
only applicable for some trades or professions, and hmrc deliberately make it look difficult so it puts people off from claiming - you can go through the entire claims process and be rejected, and it won't be for a large rebate large amount
Doubt I can claim this unfortunately. My workplace is still open but we're encouraged to work from home if we can.
