I bought some peacock feather after seeing them listed on this site. Why? I have no idea other than they looked nice, they’re still in the original wrapping.

The little plastic runners that slot into a curtain rail in which the curtain hooks are inserted. The piece that slots in is so small that when you pull the curtains closed they keep popping out!

A cheap fitness watch. Total waste of money. Couldn't get it to work, kept unsyncing from bluetooth. Pretty sure it wasn't even accurate. It's in a cupboard gathering dust somewhere.

One of those electric shavers . They look so good and are really cheap , BUT ...... like all similar Chinese shavers , clippers etc are BLUNT ! Hurt so much pulling out your hairs individually 😣.

False economy , straight in the bin , buy a Philips .Think LD members have also learned the lessons , this tat that used to get hundreds of sheep likes every time posted rarely does these days . Guess the LD sheep's bins are now full to bursting despite my oft repeated warnings ?

It was my own fault, it was Douwe Egberts Pure Indulgence Instant Coffee 190 G, I didn't read the description properly, the picture had 6 jars & it was £12.50, in my defence I had bought 6 jars for this price in the past.

You guessed it only one arrived! I was too embarassed to send it back plus I haven't got a printer.

It was an expensive lesson to learn.

beccatavender that’s happened to me before regarding sending things back. I haven’t got a printer either so I rang them up and they explained I could take it to a local pick up point for free. However at the time I was ill so couldn’t go out so they told me what to write on the parcel and they would send someone to pick it up next day. Straight forward and got my refunds quickly. Hope this helps anybody for the future.

Worst item I bought were some grey slippers which were posted on LD. about 18 months ago. They looked good in the picture and when they arrived they were cheap and nasty. Image

Ohh theirs been loads!! Bought a fan £20 broke after a week so they sent me a replacement. Opened the box and all the wires in the fan were sticking out 😳 so again I got a replacement and within a fortnight that had broke. So this time I just binned it and ordered a different fan

I bought, as advertised, a pair of slash proof gloves. Only one side arrived. They tried to say they misadvertised. I got my money back

Hubby bought a headphones stand and charger thing one, worked for a week and blew the electrics and his Xbox. Colourful language by both is us. Amazon didn’t know what hit them when finally got them on the blower.
